📋 Description

• Responsible for all related aspects of strategic marketing • Planning, strategizing, directing and executing for assigned specific areas and initiatives • Supports and collaborates with the entire Marketing and Communications team • Plans, develops and implements innovative strategies and solutions • Gathers and interprets primary data accumulated through campaigns, surveys and other intelligence collection • Analyzes and prepares reports for use in the internal communications planning process • Ensures campaigns, plans and messaging are designed to increase awareness and understanding among audiences • Maintains quality and brand standards • Engages and educates department colleagues • Identifies and effectively communicates strategic opportunities or threats • Tracks and reports return on investment • Generates innovative solutions and ideas that support Geisinger’s mission • Leads specific department-wide initiatives • Supports the management of external vendors • Works collaboratively and communicates effectively with direct reports, colleagues and supervisors

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (Required) • Minimum of 5 years related work experience (Required) • Minimum of 1 year managerial/supervisory (Preferred) • Builds Relationships • Critical Thinking • Manages Projects And Functions • Mentoring Skills • Organizing
