📋 Description

• Supervise electrical installations and ensure adherence to project specifications and safety standards • Move between different project sites as required • Collaborate with project management to meet project deliverables • Execute and oversee quality assurance checks • Compile comprehensive reports • Implement and uphold safety and compliance protocols • Participate in and eventually lead test and commissioning activities • Engage in a structured theoretical and practical learning pathway in test and commissioning • Participate in targeted training programs • Receive mentorship from experienced professionals and work alongside test and commissioning leaders

🎯 Requirements

• Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician or equivalent • Demonstrated supervisory experience in electrical projects within the construction industry • Flexibility to adapt to new locations each swing • Proactive approach to safety • Thorough knowledge of Australian Standards and WHS regulations • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills • Eagerness to commit to a learning pathway • Adaptability to change locations as per project requirements • Prior supervisory experience in the rail industry is advantageous but not essential
