📋 Description

• Implement and configure Informatica IDMC/CDGC as the foundation for a global data governance platform • Configure connectors and source-system integrations • Establish scanning, profiling, and metadata discovery capabilities across the organisation • Define and recommend platform activation priorities • Advise stakeholders on effective implementation approaches • Assess and communicate cost implications of configuration choices and regional requirements • Collaborate with central data teams, US-based governance teams, and regional business units • Provide technical guidance, implementation recommendations, and data governance best practices • Deliver an MVP serving as a blueprint for future deployments across multiple countries • Balance business value, governance objectives, and operational costs

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Data Governance, Metadata Management, Data Management, or related disciplines • Strong hands-on experience implementing Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) solutions and Cloud Data Governance and Catalog (CDGC) • Proven experience delivering end-to-end enterprise-scale data governance, metadata management, or data catalog initiatives and implementation • Experience working within multinational, federated, or multi-entity environments • Professional fluency in English • Strong expertise in Informatica IDMC, including platform configuration and deployment • Experience configuring connectors, source onboarding, scanning, profiling, and metadata discovery processes • Ability to define implementation priorities and make architecture-level recommendations • Understanding of data governance operating models, data ownership, stewardship, and domain-based approaches • Ability to evaluate and articulate the operational and financial impact of technical decisions • Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills • Experience working with APIs, integrations, and enterprise data platform ecosystems • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Nice to have: experience defining data governance frameworks, standards, and guidelines • Nice to have: previous experience in insurance, financial services, or assistance services sectors • Nice to have: exposure to large-scale international transformation programmes • Nice to have: experience working alongside Informatica Professional Services teams • Nice to have: knowledge of emerging trends in Data Management, Data Governance, AI, and GenAI-enabled optimisation • Nice to have: relevant Informatica certifications
