📋 Description
• Client onboarding and software support: You will train clients on using our ComptaPlace platform. • Accounting and tax advice: You will provide personalized advice to our clients. • Client retention and satisfaction: Listening to and acting on client feedback.
🎯 Requirements
• You have at least 2 years of experience, ideally in accounting or taxation, in process management or customer service. • You are proficient in project management and process management tools. • Ability to work cross-functionally with multidisciplinary teams.
