📋 Description

• Audit and validate data to ensure actionable dashboards and analyses • Investigate recurring bugs and propose scalable, long-term solutions • Automate operational processes to free up employees' time • Create and maintain management dashboards to guide decision-making • Explore and integrate AI tools where relevant (agents, LLMs, chatbots)

🎯 Requirements

• Engineering degree (or equivalent) • 3–5 years' experience • Significant experience in data (auditing, ensuring data reliability, dashboarding) • Ideally a background in consulting (multiple clients, industries, and business challenges) • Experience in demanding operational environments (scale-up, operations, transformation consulting) • No need to be an accountant, but a strong curiosity about accounting functions and the ability to quickly understand complex processes are essential • Key SQL skills (required): complex queries, joins, aggregations, query optimization, anomaly detection in data, ability to investigate and audit databases • Dashboarding: Metabase, Looker, Tableau or equivalents • Investigation & auditing: ability to dig into data, detect bugs, and surface systemic issues • Comfortable with automation tools: n8n, Make, Zapier (nice-to-have) • Salesforce (nice-to-have, not a blocker if not mastered) • AI (agents, LLMs, chatbots): interest welcome but not required
