📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of features and projects, including design, implementation, deployment, and client conversations • Pair with senior engineers on complex builds while independently owning meaningful slices • Build production AI workflows, including RAG components, cloud-platform integrations, and agentic automations • Review pull requests from associate engineers • Write design notes used by the team • Contribute to architectural conversations and decisions on systems being built • Allocate 20% of engineering capacity to sustainability and social impact work

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years shipping production code with end-to-end ownership of features • Full-stack range across modern web (TypeScript, React, Next.js) and a backend language (Python or Node) • Comfort across relational databases and a cloud platform; the company uses GCP • Working fluency with Claude Code or comparable agentic engineering tooling, used daily on real work • Strong async written communication, including PR descriptions, design notes, and written code reviews • Direct comfort in front of a client, including standups, demos, and scoping conversations • Bilingual English / Spanish • Production experience with Vertex AI, Gemini, or the Claude / Anthropic API • Specific GCP depth: Cloud Run, Cloud Build, Vertex AI, IAM • Experience with agentic workflow tooling, MCP servers, or RAG systems in production • Open-source contributions or production-grade side projects • Comfortable working remotely and available during LATAM / US Pacific business hours overlap • Good communication skills and client management • Proactive and curious attitude • This is a full-time position requiring complete focus and dedication; no active side jobs or parallel commitments
