📋 Description

• Design and build end-to-end AI solutions • Take systems from idea to production deployment • Make architecture decisions and ensure scalability • Lead teams of engineers • Translate business challenges into technical solutions • Work with Python, ML frameworks, GenAI, and cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) • Build scalable systems using MLOps and CI/CD • Lend your technical expertise to client conversations to successful start new opportunities • Time allocation: 70% client project work + 30% research, internal (domain) work and more

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of working experience as a software, ML or AI engineer • Proven track record in delivering end-to-end solutions (to production) • Experience within the GenAI space • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) • Experience leading projects or small technical teams • Strong communication skills (technical and non-technical) in English and German • Familiarity with MLOps principles and a passion for building robust, scalable systems • Currently based in Europe
