📋 Description

• Support the Liquidity Risk team and help optimize and steer commodity-trading margin risks across the Uniper group • Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of margined portfolio movements • Develop forecasts and identify key drivers • Support projects and develop enhancements for liquidity-risk models in Liquidity/Credit Risk Systems • Support steering of the margined portfolio across exchanges and OTC markets • Conduct stress testing and scenario analysis on market conditions and liquidity/margining • Facilitate understanding and modelling of portfolio liquidity risks to quantify capital requirements and associated costs • Develop and maintain relationships with commodity trading desks and recommend portfolio optimizations • Monitor liquidity risks for the Uniper group and explain them to stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Background in business, finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field • Experience in Liquidity/Margining Management, Collateral Optimization, Clearing, or Risk Management within financial services or energy trading • Understanding of clearing, initial margin models (SPAN, IRM2), margin call management, value/margin-at-risk concepts, and collateral workflows • Familiarity with derivative products and EFET, ISDA, and CSA documentation • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with keen attention to detail • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and SQL • Experience working in international and multicultural teams • Fluent written and spoken English • Ability to communicate confidently and effectively with Senior Management • Growth mindset and openness to new technologies • Willingness to continuously develop relevant skills and capabilities
