• Maintain accurate financial records • Prepare reports • Ensure compliance with Indian accounting standards and local regulations • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance • Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts • Implement and maintain internal control systems • Monitor and analyze accounting data to produce financial reports • Establish and enforce accounting methods, policies, and principles • Coordinate and lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process • Ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations, including GST requirements • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management • Collaborate with team members and other departments
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • Professional certification such as CA, CPA, or CMA preferred • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or financial reporting roles • Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, tax laws, and GST regulations • Familiarity with local tax regulations specific to Indapur, India • Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel skills • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities • Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills • Effective time management and planning capabilities • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment • Collaborative mindset and ability to work well in a team • Knowledge of regional business practices and financial reporting requirements • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing regulatory requirements and accounting practices
