📋 Description

• Drive growth and expand our pharmaceutical business through strategic partnerships and market opportunities in the region • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the pharmaceutical sector within Qatar and the surrounding region • Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve company goals and drive market expansion • Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify potential partners and customers • Negotiate and close high-value deals with pharmaceutical companies and healthcare organizations • Manage and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the industry • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of business initiatives • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform business strategies • Prepare and present detailed business proposals and reports to senior management • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows • Stay informed about the Qatar healthcare system and pharmaceutical regulations to ensure compliance and identify growth opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Pharmacy, or related field; MBA preferred • Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical business development • Proven track record of successfully negotiating and closing partnerships and deals in the pharmaceutical industry • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, drug development processes, and regulatory landscape • In-depth knowledge of the Qatar healthcare system and pharmaceutical regulations • Proficiency in business development strategies and market analysis techniques • Advanced negotiation and project management skills • Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, with fluency in English and Arabic • Analytical mindset with a results-oriented approach • Ability to travel as required for business meetings and industry events • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, evolving market environment • Strong cultural awareness and ability to build relationships in diverse settings
