📋 Description

• Be the primary consultant on 3-5 clients at any time for whom you are their primary systems expert, business advisor, and chief driver of process efficiencies • Be comfortable working with senior executives and functional leaders regularly • Become an expert on the NetSuite application • Work directly with customers to understand, validate, and document their business requirements and map them to NetSuite functionality • Support clients on the overall design and implementation of their enterprise architecture • Work on the design, build and test of system integrations between our client’s business systems • Support the ongoing maintenance and management of integration projects

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years in a professional services, functional or technical consulting role preferably in an Enterprise Resource Planning, CRM or e-commerce space • Experience with Software As A Service (SAAS), IT, software or specific business model implementations • A Bachelor’s degree preferably in Software Engineering, Finance, Accounting or related field or equivalent work experience • Experience on the NetSuite platform is highly recommended • Proven track record of developing and maintaining profitable and referenceable customer relationships • Ability to think strategically and align client business pain points to solution options and implementation approach • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and deal with changing priorities • Familiarity with cloud computing technologies • Travel to client locations as needed.
