⢠Oversee daily resort operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments ⢠Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize revenue and profitability ⢠Ensure the highest standards of customer service and guest satisfaction ⢠Manage and mentor a diverse team of hospitality professionals ⢠Create and maintain budgets, financial reports, and performance metrics ⢠Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute promotional strategies ⢠Plan and coordinate special events and activities that showcase local attractions in Mumbai ⢠Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally ⢠Ensure compliance with Indian hospitality regulations and industry standards ⢠Continuously improve resort facilities, services, and guest experiences ⢠Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and excellence ⢠Implement and maintain safety and security protocols for guests and staff ⢠Stay informed about industry trends and implement innovative practices to enhance the resort's offerings
⢠Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field ⢠Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel or resort management, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment ⢠Proven track record in financial management and budgeting ⢠Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff ⢠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ⢠Proficiency in hospitality management software and Microsoft Office Suite ⢠In-depth knowledge of Indian hospitality industry regulations and standards, particularly in Mumbai ⢠Experience in marketing, sales, and revenue management ⢠Ability to make decisive decisions and solve complex problems ⢠Strong organizational and time management skills ⢠Crisis management and conflict resolution skills ⢠Visionary approach to resort management and innovation in guest services ⢠Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays ⢠Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences ⢠Adaptability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment ⢠Fluency in English; knowledge of Hindi and other local languages is a plus ⢠Familiarity with Indian culture, customs, and tourism industry trends
