📋 Description

• Installing, maintaining, and repairing solar panel systems and generators for residential and commercial clients • Conducting site assessments and evaluating electrical systems to determine the most suitable solar or generator solutions • Performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance on solar panels and generators • Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with solar systems and generators, implementing effective solutions • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all installations and repairs • Collaborating with the team to optimize system performance and energy efficiency • Maintaining accurate records of installations, maintenance, and repairs • Providing technical support and guidance to clients on system operation and maintenance • Staying updated on the latest advancements in solar and generator technologies

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or associate degree in electrical technology, renewable energy, or related field preferred • 8+ years of experience in solar panel installation, maintenance, and/or generator technology • Proven knowledge of electrical systems and power generation technologies • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in installing, repairing, and maintaining solar panels and generators • Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures in the renewable energy industry • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and schematics • Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation purposes • Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work at heights • Valid driver's license and clean driving record • Relevant certifications such as NABCEP (North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners) or OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) are a plus • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills • Strong communication and teamwork abilities • Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to various job sites as needed
