📋 Description

• Use iRoofing’s proprietary software to accurately diagram roofs from aerial imagery • Analyze building architecture and apply sound judgment to complete complex or non-standard diagrams • Manage incoming work efficiently, prioritizing tasks to meet quality and turnaround expectations • Communicate clearly and effectively in English (written and verbal) using company tools • Take ownership of quality and accuracy, identifying and resolving discrepancies or edge cases independently • Provide constructive feedback to improve tools, workflows, and team output • Contribute to process improvements and documentation, including updating training materials and shared resources • Support onboarding and integration of new team members by sharing knowledge and best practices • Act as a developing subject matter expert (SME) in roofing diagramming, tools, and workflows • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and team performance

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a production, operations, or technical role requiring accuracy and throughput • Strong comfort with technology and web-based tools; ability to learn systems quickly • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy • Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a high-volume environment • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to interpret visual data and make informed decisions • Experience with Xactimate or roof sketching tools (preferred) • Proven experience working with US-based business teams • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
