At Arctic Wolf, our mission is to End Cyber Risk through effective security operations. To achieve this, we believe that organizations must do three key things:
• Review and process deal registrations submitted by Channel Partners, identifying and addressing issues using sound judgment within established guidelines. • Serve as a data steward by supporting accurate Partner, Prospect, and Customer account creation, along with ongoing data maintenance in Salesforce, following defined processes. • Assist with Partner Operations reporting via SFDC dashboards, as assigned. • Help resolve questions and issues related to deal registrations, account creation, and Partner Operations requests. • Respond independently to inquiries related to deal registrations, opportunities, and other Partner-related topics, ensuring responses are clear, timely, and helpful. • Provide backup support to adjacent Sales Operations teams as needed, helping to maintain continuity of operations. • Support special projects as they arise, contributing to broader operational priorities.
• Two or more years’ experience in sales/channel operations, or a similar role. • Salesforce.com (SFDC), or equivalent Customer Relationship Management tool • Prior experience working with Channel Partners is preferred. • Undergraduate degree from an accredited university.
