📋 Description

• Configure the grants management system according to client needs and workflow specifications • Set up system modules, user roles, forms, business rules, permissions, and automation paths • Ensure configuration changes follow internal standards and maintain platform integrity • Identify, diagnose, and resolve configuration-related issues • Collaborate with development teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems • Validate data accuracy and troubleshoot workflow or setup inconsistencies • Work with client-facing teams to understand agency requirements and translate them into system solutions • Communicate configuration logic to non-technical stakeholders • Prepare and maintain configuration documentation and update knowledge bases • Participate in QA testing for updates, releases, and new features • Ensure implementations meet compliance, functional, and user experience expectations • Partner with Operations, Engineering, Product, and Support teams to close feedback loops • Suggest improvements to workflow efficiency and configuration processes • Support onboarding of new clients through platform setup and data alignment
