📋 Description

• Conduct cold calls to potential real estate leads interested in selling or buying property • Build and maintain a database of potential clients • Qualify leads by collecting necessary information about their real estate property • Communicate with and educate potential leads about real estate services • Set up appointments for the Acquisition Team with qualified leads • Collaborate with the Operations Management Team to develop calling scripts and strategies • Stay up to date with industry trends and market conditions

🎯 Requirements

• Previous cold calling experience is required • Strong written and verbal English communication skills • Spanish communication skills preferred but not required • Customer service experience strongly preferred • Real estate sales experience strongly preferred • Ability and willingness to follow established processes • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly • Comfortable with remote work, digital tools, and CRM systems • Must possess required remote-work equipment: high-speed internet, desktop, noise-canceling headset, and backup for electricity and internet issues • Core i5 processor, 8 GB RAM, and reliable high-speed internet • Minimum internet speed of 20 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload • Great headset and quiet workspace • Minimal interruptions during work hours • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively • Self-motivated and goal-oriented • High level of professionalism and integrity • Availability Monday to Friday, 10:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.; Saturdays if needed
