📋 Description

• Identification, acquisition and personal stewardship of major donors, foundations and funding institutions • Development, expansion and maintenance of a strategic relationship network • Recruitment and support of multipliers (e.g., ambassadors and referral partners) • Participation in shaping and further developing our major gifts strategy • Close coordination with executive management and project-leading departments

🎯 Requirements

• A completed university degree • Further qualification in fundraising, e.g., Fundraising Akademie gGmbH or equivalent • At least five years of professional experience in fundraising — ideally with a focus on major gifts • Strong affinity with issues in medicine, nursing, diaconal work and the church • Excellent communication skills, empathy and a confident manner in interactions with supporters and funders • A very good sense of language and excellent German skills, both written and spoken • Performance- and service-orientation, team spirit and resilience • Willingness to undertake regular business trips within Germany
