• Independent organization, coordination, management and ensuring the timely implementation of clinical, scientific and administrative tasks • Independent implementation of national and international projects in cooperation with the Chief Physician’s interdisciplinary neurorehabilitation teams • Preparation of scientific events, colloquia, training sessions and conferences • Project work together with the Chief Physician to advance neurorehabilitation nationally and internationally, including preparation of strategic decisions and drafting discussion and decision papers • Calendar management, coordination of business travel and meetings • Management of the Chief Physician’s secretariat, including handling correspondence, emails and telephone calls
• Degree in health economics OR completed commercial or medical vocational training with several years of professional experience in healthcare, project coordination and office management • Confident use of MS Office applications, including preparing presentations • Excellent German and English language skills, written and spoken (CEFR level C2) • Strong organizational skills, communication abilities and a structured, independent working style • High level of initiative and enjoyment in shaping your own work environment • Service-oriented, friendly manner • Legally required proof of immunization against measles
