📋 Description

• You independently manage the fresh and service counters in your HIT store. • You ensure product availability and that the figures in your area of responsibility are correct. • Together with your team, you present merchandise attractively. • You advise and serve customers — acting as a role model for your team. • You are responsible for the service counters and ensure their optimal performance. • You achieve this through careful staff scheduling and your ability to motivate employees.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed training as a specialist sales assistant in the fresh food sector or as a butcher. • Ideally a master craftsman qualification in butchery or further training as a meat or cheese sommelier. • Preferably some initial leadership experience at service counters. • Very good knowledge of charcuterie, meat, cheese and fish products. • A sociable, responsible team-player personality.
