• You are a sales-driven professional with the ambition to help our customers meet regulatory requirements efficiently, promptly, and reliably. • As a Sales Manager, you act as the central link between our customers' needs and the subject-matter teams. • You develop and acquire new customers. • You maintain and expand existing customer relationships. • You identify and unlock market potential. • You monitor and evaluate competitor activities. • Your proposals, presentations, and sales materials are persuasive, and you lead contract negotiations. • Your collaboration with the marketing team helps set the right priorities and create the best possible messaging.
• You have completed commercial training or a university degree, or you hold a comparable qualification. • You have at least 5 years of sales experience as your foundation, ideally with exposure to Regulatory Affairs or Quality Management. • Experience with software solutions in this industry is considered an ideal complement. • We rely on employees who can listen, communicate well, and weigh interests. • We communicate with our international customers in German and English — additional language skills are a plus. • Your consistent and professional use of CRM and Office applications ensures reliable and predictable collaboration. • You plan with business acumen, make decisions, and set priorities based on structured analyses.
