📋 Description

• Execute the learning strategy across regional Professional and Commercial Education (Prof Ed and Comm Ed) teams • Collaborate across global and regional Prof Ed and Comm Ed teams to develop globally relevant education in support of New Product Introductions (NPI) and New Employee Training • Partner with Sr. Manager, Global Education and functional leaders in EdTech, Global Strategic Marketing, product launch leaders, and regional commercial leaders • Align on knowledge gaps, promote best practices, leverage and embrace approved technologies • Ensure training consistency across all priority regions • Facilitate best practice sharing and maintain consistency of education experience globally • Create performance indicators to measure effectiveness of training content/experience • Follow relevant copy review processes and coordinates expirations status to keep all content current • Responsible for adhering to project level budget.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree • 3 years of Medical Device or related field experience • 3 years in cardiac electrophysiology, 3D mapping skills and/or intracardiac ultrasound • 3 years in learning and development in lieu of electrophysiology experience • Proven ability to understand business strategy and translate into education solutions that support the company’s business goals • Proven leadership ability to effectively engage and collaborate with a team of professionals, including personnel who may be working anywhere within the JJMT EP organization globally • Experience working with cross-functional teams across a matrixed organization • Demonstrated ability to handle a broad list of assets across multiple functions • Proven ability to effectively communicate strategy and standards across multiple recipients, including various functions and US and OUS associates.
