📋 Description

• Lead the overall management of sales strategies and operations • Recruit, hire, and retain a diverse sales team • Drive business results by setting and achieving territory objectives • Establish relationships with key surgeons and accounts

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Finance • 8 years of relevant business and/or leadership experience • 2 years of management experience • Excellent listening, written & oral communication skills • Clinical and procedure excellence, product expertise and new product introduction experience • Strong Customer Understanding
