📋 Description

• Take on a sales position in IREF (industrial refrigeration systems) focusing on new system sales and implement Johnson Controls' sales strategy • Acquire new customers and independently manage existing customer relationships • Support engineering/design offices and end customers while developing the regional market • Handle customer inquiries, including planning support and preparation of budget estimates • Lead contract and price negotiations • Independently maintain projects/accounts/contacts in Salesforce • Prepare and participate in trade fairs and represent the company at other customer events.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed technical vocational training or a degree in refrigeration engineering, building services/energy systems, process engineering, or mechanical engineering • Good product and application knowledge in industrial refrigeration • Several years of experience supporting engineering firms, plant manufacturers and end customers • Strategic thinking, independent work style, goal orientation, assertiveness and strong negotiation skills • Excellent PC skills, and experience with planning and costing tools • Good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
