📋 Description
• Lead procurement contact for assigned Regional offices • Partner with HVAC Controls Sales Organization to develop accurate installation cost models • Coordinate operational procurement activities and ensure compliance with procedures • Develop and implement supply chain strategies for subcontract labor procurement
🎯 Requirements
• Electrical industry equivalent experience or bachelor’s degree • Experience in building systems or operational processes • 5-8 years as a project manager with estimating experience in the HVAC Controls construction or trades industry • Procurement experience with a focus on construction and/or HVAC equipment and services with experience in cost analysis and strong financial knowledge.
