📋 Description

• Own the entire data function at 9amHealth • Collaborate with CEO and executive team on strategy • Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and ML engineers • Set and communicate data vision, strategy, and roadmap • Review core company metrics and shape prioritization • Partner with Product and Clinical on experiment design • Coach and develop managers across the data org • Make tradeoff decisions on platform investment and analytics

🎯 Requirements

• Experience owning a full data function end-to-end at scale • Strong knowledge of data engineering, analytics, and ML • Ability to operate with autonomy and set vision • Data leadership experience through meaningful scale • Proven experience in building and maturing data platforms • Familiarity with ML or applied AI in real products • Strong understanding of compliance, privacy, and security in healthcare • Experience in PHI / HIPAA data handling
