📋 Description
• Lead 3–4 one-hour group therapy sessions per day using a structured, evidence-based curriculum • Facilitate group discussions using a “plug and play” approach from approved modalities to meet members where they are within the guardrails of our clinical framework • Collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches • Monitor member progress and document outcomes • Support a positive, recovery-oriented environment for members • Engage in local community outreach to promote Groups’ mission
🎯 Requirements
• Master’s Level Clinicians Independently licensed preferred • Active or currently under supervision to obtain the following credentials: LADACII, LPC-MHSP Temp, LPC-MHSP, LMSW, LCSW • Experience leading Group Therapy • High comfort level with Technology: EMR, Telehealth software, Google products (Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets/Drive), mobile apps, etc. • Compassion, collaboration, commitment to quality care, and an investment in member success • Ability to work 2-3 evenings per week up to 9pm as needed
