Joko simplifies the purchasing experience, ensuring that members never pay more than necessary for their purchases while accumulating rewards quickly.

📋 Description

• Analyze fraud signals, claims data, and operational metrics to identify risks, patterns, and inefficiencies • Lead initiatives to strengthen controls, automate workflows, and reduce manual handling • Define and track KPIs to measure quality, efficiency, and risk exposure • Manage BPO partners on claims and fraud checks processing: set standards, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement • Work with Data and Tech teams to build better detection and automation capabilities • Feed insights back to Product and internal stakeholders to improve user journeys and reduce fraud risk

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years in operations, fraud operations, risk, or a similar analytical role in a fast-paced environment. Experience in fintech or payments is a plus. • Analytical & data-driven: You are comfortable investigating anomalies, building monitoring frameworks, and using data findings to drive decisions and prioritise improvements. • Operational Excellence: You have a strong operations mindset and take pride in building reliable, scalable, and high-quality processes. • Ownership: You take end-to-end ownership of complex operational topics, proactively driving solutions and ensuring high standards through execution, follow-up, and continuous improvement. • Rigour & risk instinct: You are detail-oriented and have good instincts for risk and edge cases — you don't let things slip through the cracks. • AI-curious: You are comfortable using AI tools in your day-to-day work and actively look for ways to leverage them to improve fraud detection and operational workflows. • Languages: You are native in French and fluent in English both written and spoken, as English is our internal working language at Joko.
