📋 Description

• Maintain oversight of project scope, schedule, and budget • Identify project issues and risks and implement mitigation strategies • Coordinate inter-project relationships • Optimize resource allocation and team deployment • Communicate project updates and presentations to stakeholders • Foster professional growth and development within the team • Influence teams to achieve project success • Establish and update project management best practices, methodologies, and standards • Convert business objectives into actionable project plans • Align projects with company strategy and goals • Manage projects through their full lifecycle as required • Deliver timely, high-quality project outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Solid educational background in IT or mountains of relevant experience • At least 5 years managing IT infrastructure projects • Hands-on experience leading, coaching, mentoring, and motivating others • Strong understanding of healthy, efficient teams • PMP or PRINCE2 certification • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, or similar tools • Proven experience managing distributed IT deployments • Expertise in virtualization and networking technologies • Ability to translate complex project scopes into project outcomes • Experience in multinational and multidisciplinary environments
