📋 Description

• As Senior Activation Manager Programmatic (m/f/d), you are responsible for the operational execution, management and optimization of programmatic campaigns across leading DSPs. • Strategic campaign management: Independently plan, execute and optimize complex programmatic campaigns (Display, Video, CTV, DOOH, Audio) with a focus on performance and branding. • Budget responsibility: Manage and control large advertising budgets and ensure adherence to established KPIs. • Optimization and performance analysis: Continuously optimize campaigns using data-driven insights, produce in-depth performance reports and develop strategic recommendations. • Technology implementation: Lead the implementation of advanced tracking and AdTech solutions to measure campaign success and increase efficiency. • Market and trend analysis: Proactively analyze new trends and technologies in programmatic advertising and media to promote innovative campaign approaches.

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in media activation with a focus on programmatic advertising. • Experience with DSPs: Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with DSPs (Demand-Side Platforms) such as DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP and other AdTech solutions. • Excellent analytical skills: You have a pronounced ability to interpret KPIs and derive data-driven optimization strategies. • Technical understanding: Expertise in implementing and using tracking systems as well as experience with advanced AdTech tools. • Language skills: Good spoken and written English, as you will be working in an international environment.
