📋 Description

• Drive features and projects from abstract concepts to production deployment. • Architect and build core web infrastructure using TypeScript, React, and Node.js. • Develop and maintain Python backends for AI capabilities, including proxy services, agentic systems, and conversational AI flows. • Design scalable backend systems and make architectural decisions. • Collaborate closely with founders, designers, and other engineers to shape the product roadmap and technical strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software development experience. • Startup experience is a must. • Strong hands-on skills in Frontend (React, TypeScript) and Backend (Node.js, TypeScript). • Proficient in Python and experienced in building backend systems for AI agents and conversational interfaces. • Enthusiastic about UI/UX, product design, and making customer-benefiting trade-offs. • Ability to design complex systems that scale. • Professional fluency in English, both spoken and written.
