📋 Description

• Prepare and send customer invoices and follow up on outstanding payments. • Manage accounts receivable and respond to customer billing inquiries. • Handle daily bookkeeping, reconciliations, and accounting tasks. • Calculate sales commissions and maintain accurate commission records. • Track, calculate, and reconcile customer revenue. • Prepare and send customer license agreements and follow up on signatures. • Maintain accurate financial records, spreadsheets, and reports. • Assist with month-end closing and other accounting-related activities.

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Accounting or similar field. • 3 to 5 years of previous experience in accounting, invoicing, accounts receivable, and bookkeeping. • Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and complex formulas. • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. • Fluent in spoken and written English. • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines. • Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus. • Experience with revenue and commission calculations is preferred.
