📋 Description

• - Lead and mentor content creators in the development of corporate training videos. • - Plan and implement content roadmap, timelines, and project delivery. • - Review scripts, storyboards, visual assets, animations, and final videos to ensure content accuracy, instructional effectiveness, and learner engagement. • - Ensure on-time delivery of training video projects while maintaining high production and learning-quality standards. • - Drive continuous improvements and best practices to increase team productivity and the effectiveness of video learning content.

🎯 Requirements

• - A Bachelor’s degree • - 3–5 years of experience in corporate learning, instructional design, eLearning, or training content development. • - 2+ years of experience managing content teams. • - Excellent communication, and stakeholder management skills. • - Strong content review, editing, and instructional design skills. • - Ability to translate concepts into engaging visual and animation ideas. • - Results-driven, with an ability to work in a fast paced environment. • - Experience in corporate training, L&D, instructional design, or learning consulting is preferred. • - Experience with multimedia learning content is preferred.
