• Manage a portfolio of clients with a focus on retention, relationship building, and revenue expansion; • Act in a consultative manner, understanding clients' challenges, goals, and needs; • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for products, services, and complementary modules; • Conduct regular follow-up meetings to review results and align strategically with clients; • Develop and strengthen long-term relationships with decision-makers; • Map new demands and opportunities within assigned accounts; • Keep the CRM up to date with records of interactions, negotiations, and opportunities; • Collaborate with Project, Support, and other teams to ensure a positive customer experience; • Support activation campaigns, new product launches, and initiatives to increase platform adoption; • Participate in events, trade shows, and company networking activities.
• Bachelor's degree or higher • Previous experience as a Farmer, Account Executive, Account Manager, or in similar account-management roles • Experience in consultative sales and B2B customer relationship management • Experience working with large accounts or strategic clients • Knowledge of ERP or enterprise management software • Experience with CRM systems and pipeline management • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Availability to attend in-person events in São Paulo
