📋 Description

• Lead personal injury cases from intake through resolution or trial • Conduct detailed case investigations and develop strong evidentiary support • Draft and file pleadings, motions, and legal briefs • Negotiate strategically with insurance companies and opposing counsel • Prepare for and represent clients at trial when necessary • Develop case strategies tailored to maximize client outcomes • Stay current on legal trends, case law, and regulatory updates • Mentor and support junior attorneys and legal staff • Contribute to client experience and firm growth initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school • Active license in Nebraska and/or Iowa • 3–5+ years of personal injury litigation experience • Proven ability to drive strong case results and settlements • Excellent written, oral, and courtroom advocacy skills • Strong negotiation instincts and strategic thinking • Ability to manage a caseload independently while collaborating with a team • Experience with legal research tools and case management systems • Experience with complex or high-value injury cases (standout candidates) • First-chair or meaningful trial experience (standout candidates) • Demonstrated leadership, mentorship, or community involvement (standout candidates)
