📋 Description

• Develop and maintain job sites on Webflow CMS, including dynamic job listings, filters, and detail pages • Design and implement ATS integrations for publishing vacancies, capturing applications, and updating statuses • Build data synchronization flows between Webflow, the ATS, and external services using n8n and REST APIs • Consume and transform XML and JSON data across platforms • Extend Webflow functionality through the Webflow API and custom JavaScript • Implement advanced CMS features including filtering, pagination, and search with Finsweet Attributes • Set up and maintain tracking and events with Google Tag Manager • Version work with Git/GitHub and document integrations and automations • Diagnose and resolve synchronization failures, webhook issues, and API call errors

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced English level required • Proven experience with ATS integrations • Experience with data synchronization across multiple platforms and services • Experience building or maintaining job sites, job boards, career sites, or vacancy portals • Required proficiency with Webflow CMS and Webflow API • Required proficiency with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS • Required proficiency with n8n • Required proficiency with REST APIs • Required proficiency with XML and JSON • Required proficiency with Finsweet Attributes • Required proficiency with Git/GitHub • Required proficiency with Google Tag Manager (GTM) • Nice to have: experience with webhooks and third-party API rate limits • Nice to have: understanding of technical SEO for dynamic content sites • Good practices around handling candidate personal data and privacy • Ability to document and leave reproducible processes for the team • Portfolio or examples of job sites and integrations built • Availability and estimated hourly rate required in the proposal
