• Build and lead Junction’s Health Systems go-to-market strategy - owning pipeline generation, deal progression, and closing high-value partnerships with large provider organizations • Drive multi-stakeholder, seven-figure cycles end-to-end - from sourcing to contracting and rollout • Manage request for proposals, value analysis, legal and compliance alignment • Build trust across key stakeholders in health systems and payors VP/Director of Patient Access, CIO/CTO, CMIO etc • Work with Product and Engineering to tailor Junction’s API-based infrastructure for each health system’s operational and data integration needs • Quantify the impact of data automation on operational efficiency, patient outcomes • Maintain pipeline hygiene, forecast accuracy, and executive account plans • Represent the company externally with industry partners and at key conferences and events
• 7+ years of experience in enterprise healthcare sales, including 3+ years selling into large U.S. health systems, IDNs [Integrated Delivery Network], or AMCs [Academic Medical Center] • Proven track record of closing 7-figure ACV deals and leading multi-year, multi-site implementations • Deep familiarity with EHR and data ecosystems (Epic, Oracle Health/Cerner, athena) and healthcare compliance • Strong understanding of hospital procurement, value analysis, and contract review processes • Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value for clinicians, execs, and operations teams • A natural relationship builder - trusted by executives, credible with clinical leaders, and respected by operators • Builder’s mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, energized by ownership, and excited to create scalable processes in a high-growth environment • You embody ethical, consultative selling - building trust while holding the line for the company
