📋 Description

• Daily work with Agentic Coding and AI-assisted software development • Modern backend development for the Legal-AI platform • Building intelligent agents for real customer projects • Collaborating from day one with experienced developers • Contributing to real customer projects • Testing new tools and deploying them productively • Taking ownership and actively contributing to the company’s success

🎯 Requirements

• Initial hands-on programming experience • Strong interest in AI and active engagement with it • Ideally experience with Claude Code, Codex, or similar AI tools • Willingness to try new approaches and quickly learn unfamiliar topics • Fluent German • A computer-science degree is not required; career changers are welcome if they have already demonstrated programming ability and a commitment to continuous learning
