Designed to be GDPR and professional-law compliant, JUPUS aims to reduce administrative effort, increase qualified mandates, and free up billable time for legal teams.

📋 Description

• Own and drive complex features and systems across our Application • Lead implementation of high-impact technical initiatives end-to-end • Be on the forefront of technical guidelines and code quality • Improve system architecture, performance, and scalability • Work closely with AI Engineers to bring AI systems into reliable production environments • Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and frontend applications • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across application and database layers • Maintain strong testing practices including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing • Collaborate across teams to drive technical decisions and execution • Implement and evangelize internally best practices, new technologies and techniques

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience building and scaling full-stack applications in production • Deep expertise in Python and Django • Experience with cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS) • Strong experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases • Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue.js, or similar) • Strong understanding of testing practices (unit, integration, E2E) • Proven ability to own and drive complex technical topics independently • Strong focus on performance, scalability, and system design • Ability to make decisions and execute quickly in fast-moving environments • Proactive mindset with high ownership and low passivity • Experience improving existing systems and architecture pragmatically • Familiarity with AI-powered systems or workflows is a plus • You must be located in the CET -2/+2 zone for this role
