• Team im Outbound-Alltag führen – Schlagzahl, Kontaktqualität und gebuchte Meetings als zentrale KPIs • Calls mithören, direktes Feedback geben, Gesprächseinstieg und Einwandbehandlung praktisch vermitteln • Talk Tracks und Playbooks weiterentwickeln – nah an der Praxis, nicht am Whiteboard • Neue SDRs schnell ins Doing bringen und eng mit Account Executives zusammenarbeiten
🎯 Requirements
• Echte SDR- oder BDR-Erfahrung – du kennst Kaltakquise aus eigener Praxis, nicht aus LinkedIn-Posts • Erste Führungs- oder Coaching-Erfahrung als Senior SDR, Captain oder Mentor*in • Hunter-Mentalität und die Fähigkeit, Energie ins Team zu bringen – auch wenn es mal zäh wird • Deutsch auf Muttersprachler-Niveau, fließend Englisch
