📋 Description

• Work directly with the founder responsible for the B2B business serving law firms and universities • Prepare sales meetings through research, pitch-deck creation, and follow-up • Represent Jurafuchs at events, in partner discussions, and on LinkedIn • Build new product areas such as legal recruiting and continuing education—from the initial hypothesis through the MVP to the first paying customer • Structure, prioritize, and execute strategic projects • Bring the right internal and external people together • Prepare fast, well-informed decisions • Support the founder so they can focus on their core responsibilities • Work closely with the rest of the founding team • Over time, independently take ownership of a product area you helped build

🎯 Requirements

• Completed law degree or LLB/LLM • Several years of experience in strategy, consulting, a chief-of-staff or similar role, a law firm, or a startup • Clear and persuasive communication skills—in writing, conversation, and in front of an audience • Confidence when working with partners and decision-makers • Strategic and commercial thinking combined with a strong bias toward execution • Ability to create pitch decks independently • Experience with—or a working approach based on—hypotheses and experiments • Ability to tolerate ambiguity and create structure • Willingness to give direct feedback and be persuaded by the stronger argument • AI as an integral part of your way of working
