📋 Description

• Partner directly with the CEO on high-priority growth initiatives • Build new initiatives from scratch, including product experiments and growth mechanisms • Move between strategic thinking and hands-on execution across cross-functional problems • Support hiring and organizational design initiatives • Research markets, verticals, and customer segments • Develop business cases and go-to-market plans • Identify growth opportunities and translate them into executable plans • Prepare for and participate in key meetings with design partners • Own analysis supporting leadership decisions • Conduct cold-prospect calls and support business development activities • Build tools, automations, and processes that improve team efficiency • Help develop GenPeach's go-to-market organization

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in English • Experience at a strong startup, in consulting, or in venture • Experience building something from zero • Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution • Ownership mentality and ability to work independently • Ability to move between strategic planning and operational execution • Legal authorization to work in the EU or Switzerland (EU/CH)
