📋 Description

• Support the CEO in turning company priorities into a clear leadership rhythm, well-prepared decisions, and reliable execution • Manage priorities and coordinate the founder’s agenda • Prepare internal and external meetings • Own preparation and follow-through for Exec Sync and other leadership formats • Create agendas, pre-reads, decision logs, and action tracking • Support the Must-Win Battles goal framework and coordinate review cycles • Make progress and blockers visible and follow up with directors on commitments • Track CEO and leadership decisions through implementation • Ensure clear owners, deadlines, and timely escalation • Draft CEO communications, presentations, and briefing materials for internal audiences, customers, hospitals, and external stakeholders • Drive selected cross-company strategic projects from problem structuring through delivery and handover • Use agents built on Recare’s internal AI operating system and embed them into daily workflows while meeting governance and project standards

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant experience from a founder’s office, business operations, consulting, project management, or another fast-paced environment coordinating complex work and delivering outcomes • Ability to structure ambiguous challenges into clear questions, priorities, owners, and next steps • Organized, dependable, and comfortable keeping senior stakeholders accountable • Ability to resolve issues independently and escalate appropriately • Clear communication and judgment • Ability to turn complex information into concise briefings, effective presentations, and actionable meeting materials • Ability to collaborate with senior leaders and colleagues and handle sensitive information with discretion • Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution • Curiosity about AI and responsible application of AI to practical business problems • Motivation to improve healthcare for patients and healthcare professionals • Legal authorization to work in Germany/the EU
