📋 Description

• Contribute to a long-term vision for the portfolio of products serving the general population, balancing short-term gains with the sustainability of the strategy • Structure the product diagnosis and strategy to accelerate user acquisition beyond the legal niche • Provide technical leadership for Jusbrasil’s mass-market products, stepping in wherever the business needs support • Lead discovery and full experimentation cycles—from hypothesis and execution to measured outcomes—across products ranging from early-stage to mature • Work with Growth, Marketing, Product Design, and Engineering to connect the product with mass-acquisition initiatives • Serve as a strategic product leader for AI applied to the legal sector, influencing architecture, development standards, and product direction • Define success metrics and continuous-learning mechanisms, balancing experimentation, quality, and real-world impact • Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design within squads and maintain ongoing engagement with Growth and Marketing

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to translate hypotheses into simple, useful, and reliable user experiences • Ability to navigate ambiguity and build foundational systems, establishing standards where none yet exist • Strong product experience, with a track record of both building products from the ground up (0→1) and optimizing mature products • Logical reasoning and the ability to build a compelling narrative from incomplete or ambiguous data • Sound, mature judgment regarding the use of Artificial Intelligence: knowing when to use it, what to expect, and how to measure quality • Experience managing multiple stakeholders across Engineering, Design, Growth, and Marketing • Preferred: Previous experience in Growth, mass acquisition, or Product Marketing • Preferred: Previous experience with AI products, particularly those involving LLMs, agents, or orchestration systems • Preferred: Track record with B2C products, SaaS, or platforms serving specialized audiences • Preferred: Experience working in scale-ups or companies undergoing rapid growth
