📋 Description

• Contribute a long-term vision for the mass-market product portfolio, balancing short-term gains with the sustainability of the strategy. • Structure product diagnosis and strategy to accelerate acquisition of users outside the legal niche, reaching the general population. • Serve as the technical leader for Jusbrasil’s mass-market products, with flexibility to operate where the business needs in the short term. • Lead discovery and full experimentation cycles — hypothesis, execution, measured outcome — across products ranging from early-stage to mature. • Work in partnership with Growth, Marketing, Product Design, and Engineering to sustain mass-acquisition efforts and ensure long-term value and sustainability. • Act as a strategic product reference for AI applied to the legal domain, influencing decisions on architecture, building patterns, and direction for new initiatives. • Define success metrics by capability and establish continuous learning mechanisms, balancing experimentation, quality, and impact on real product usage.

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to translate hypotheses into simple, useful, and reliable user experiences. • Capacity to manage ambiguity and foundational building, establishing standards where none exist yet. • Solid Product experience with a proven track record in both building products from scratch (0→1) and optimizing mature products. • Logical reasoning and the ability to construct a coherent narrative from incomplete or ambiguous data. • Mature, critical judgment about the use of Artificial Intelligence: knowing when to apply it, what to expect, and how to measure quality. • Experience managing multiple stakeholders such as Engineering, Design, Growth, and Marketing. • Differentials: experience with Growth, mass acquisition, or Product Marketing; experience with AI products, especially LLMs, agents, or orchestration systems; background in B2C, SaaS, or platforms serving specialized audiences; experience at scale-ups or high-growth companies.
