• Acquisition of new customers and maintenance of existing accounts in handball, basketball, ice hockey and other sports organizations and associations • Preparation of proposals and contract negotiations with customers • Conducting product demos and workshops to clearly and understandably convey the benefits of our software • Supporting customers throughout the entire contract term to maximize the value derived from the software • Close collaboration with our software developers to pass on sport-specific market feedback and continuously improve the platform • Customer visits and participation in cross-sport events to represent the company and strategically expand our network
• You already have initial experience in sales, ideally in software, IT or sports technology • You are passionate about sport and have a solid understanding of the structures and challenges in professional handball, basketball and ice hockey • You can explain complex technical products in an understandable way and clearly demonstrate the benefit to the customer • You are confident approaching people and are equally comfortable with new business development as with long-term account management • Willingness to travel internationally, flexible working hours and a Class B driving license are required, as you will regularly visit customers and attend events on site • Existing contacts with decision-makers at the professional level in handball, basketball or ice hockey are desirable and will give you a clear advantage • Language skills: English is required; additional languages are a plus.
