📋 Description

• Drive JustPlay’s employer branding strategy and Employer Value Proposition (EVP) • Create engaging content that showcases our culture, people, and values • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition to strengthen candidate attraction, engagement, and conversion • Manage and grow our presence on LinkedIn, employer review platforms, and other talent-facing channels • Track performance metrics, gather insights, and continuously improve employer brand initiatives • Stay ahead of employer branding trends and bring fresh ideas to the team

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Employer Branding, Talent Marketing, or a related field • Proven track record of building and executing employer branding initiatives that drive talent attraction and engagement • Strong storytelling and content creation skills, with a passion for building brands that resonate • Experience running campaigns across social media, careers pages, and employer branding channels • Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills • Experience in a startup, scale-up, tech, or gaming environment is a plus
