📋 Description

• Conduct research and assessments, and recommend efficient, robust software solutions tailored to client needs • Deliver high-quality, requirement-compliant code with a strong focus on performance • Proactively identify areas for improvement in existing applications and lead refactoring efforts • Collaborate closely with software engineers, product owners, team managers, and clients • Provide technical consulting to clients to ensure solutions meet their requirements • Mentor colleagues to develop their skills and knowledge

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in web application development using JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks/libraries such as Angular, RxJS, and Angular Material, plus strong SCSS/CSS and HTML best practices • Excellent communication skills in English and German for effective collaboration with teams and clients • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, including debugging and performance testing • Experience analyzing project requirements and delivering reliable solutions across different application components • Solid understanding of client–server communication, protocols, and REST principles • Fluent in German and English • Nice to have: familiarity with adjacent frameworks and technologies used in projects (Node.js, Docker, etc.) • Willingness and experience in mentoring less senior colleagues and fostering a collaborative team environment • Knowledge of the application lifecycle and CI/CD practices • Experience with security and UI/UX considerations
