📋 Description

• Own the full benefits lifecycle for EMEA markets, including procurement, renewals, plan design, vendor/broker management, and employee support • Serve as the regional expert ensuring benefits offerings are competitive, compliant, and locally relevant • Partner with Legal, Payroll, Product, CX, and Revenue to launch benefits in new EMEA markets • Support benefits components for 12 planned new-country launches in FY27 • Build and manage relationships with local brokers, carriers, and benefits providers across EMEA • Negotiate terms, evaluate plan options, and ensure value for clients and employees • Track benefits enrollment, utilization, and cost data across EMEA markets • Use data insights to inform plan design, identify improvement opportunities, and report on portfolio health • Take increasing ownership of benefits program operating cadence, including coordination, goal-setting, stakeholder reporting, and process design • Build scalable processes for managing international benefits • Integrate benefits decisions into broader international strategy • Represent benefits in country expansion planning and client-facing discussions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in international benefits, with deep knowledge of EMEA markets (UK, EU, and expansion markets) • Experience with benefits procurement, renewals, broker/vendor management, and plan design in a multi-country environment • Track record of supporting or leading benefits launches in new markets • Strong understanding of EMEA regulatory environments related to employee benefits and statutory requirements • Experience managing broker and carrier relationships, including RFPs, renewals, and contract negotiations • Ability to analyze benefits data, including enrollment, utilization, and cost, and translate insights into recommendations • Program or project management experience, including building processes, defining cadences, and coordinating multiple stakeholders • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building from scratch • Strong communication across time zones and cultures • Self-directed and proactive • Alignment with Justworks' COGIS values: Camaraderie, Openness, Grit, Integrity, and Simplicity
