📋 Description
• Launch your career in one of Switzerland’s top retail trainee programs and lead your own store within 9 to 12 months • Join a retail employer that strives to be the first choice for candidates • Work and learn closely with other trainees and your assigned mentor • Receive high-quality training in leadership, store management and operations • Be appointed Assistant Store Manager and take on responsibilities from the start • Attend five one-week modules covering theory, case studies and role plays, group work, team-building and plenary discussions • Receive on-the-job coaching from an assigned Store Manager mentor • Celebrate the end of the program with a graduation event
🎯 Requirements
• Commitment to your own development and to supporting the development of your colleagues • Communicate in a motivating and inclusive way and foster a positive working environment • Ideally, previous experience in managing, motivating and developing a team • Results-oriented with a passion for retail • Ability to remain calm and determined, even in stressful situations • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-changing environment • Physically fit and hands-on with a strong lead-by-example mentality • Flexible and willing to work Saturdays
