📋 Description

• Own K2 University's AI strategy, roadmap, innovation agenda and commercial outcomes. • Own the design, development and deployment of AI-powered solutions across K2 University. • Define and own the AI vision, strategy and roadmap. • Identify AI-enabled products, services and revenue opportunities. • Drive AI innovation across learning, enablement, advisory and platform offerings. • Prioritize investments, product initiatives, and build-vs-buy decisions. • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product and Leadership on go-to-market strategy. • Define business cases, success metrics and adoption targets. • Build and govern strategic relationships with AI technology partners, vendors, and model providers. • Act as executive sponsor for AI initiatives. • Establish and oversee AI governance, ensuring AI solutions are secure, compliant, ethical, and aligned with company policies, regulatory requirements, and responsible AI best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Product Management, Innovation, AI Strategy or Digital Transformation. • Strong commercial and business acumen. • Experience in taking AI solutions from concept to market. • Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills. • Strong understanding of AI ecosystems and emerging technologies. • Excellent communicator who can simplify complex AI concepts. • Curious, innovative, and committed to staying ahead of AI trends. • Strong sense of ownership with a bias for action and delivery.
